  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days (regular seasons) or longer during holiday seasons.
  • Shipping Cost: Flat rate shipping at $5.99 for Standard Shipping.

About Late Deliveries

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address (missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number)
  • Severe weather conditions
  • International customs procedures

We cannot be held responsible for such delays, but rest assured we will do our best to assist you in tracking your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your package’s journey. Please allow 2-4 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If tracking information is not immediately available, it may mean the carrier has not yet processed your package. Tracking details will be updated as soon as the package is scanned into their system.

Multiple Item Orders

If you’ve ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. Don’t worry if you only receive part of your order; the remaining items are on their way.

Missing Order Confirmation

If you have not received your order confirmation emails, it’s likely due to an error in your email address. Please contact us, and we’ll promptly correct the issue and resend the confirmation emails.

Delivery to Multiple Addresses

Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like to send items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.

Orders shipped to APO addresses are handled by DHL Global Mail before being transferred to USPS for final delivery through the military mail system. Please note that deliveries to APO addresses can take up to an additional 45 days.

Due to military security reasons, tracking updates cease once the package enters the military mail system, and we are unable to provide further tracking information.
