Refunds for Defective Products

- The product type, size, or other specifications do not match your order.

Returns

Exceptions to Refunds or Returns
We do not process refunds, reprints, or returns under the following circumstances:

Order Cancellations
Customers have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request an order cancellation. Please note that a 10% processing fee will apply for cancellations. After this period, the order will enter production, and no further cancellations can be processed.

Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges or returns for size unless it is our error in sending the wrong size. For issues like printing errors, we will handle the matter accordingly. Please contact us first for further instructions, and do not send any items back without our authorization.

- Out-of-stock item exchanges: 5-7 business days.
Compensation
